Decisions since January 1, 2000, are posted in Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) format. To view the cases, Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download) is required. Prior decisions are posted in Microsoft Word (*.doc) format, which requires either Microsoft Word or other software that permits viewing Word documents, such as Word Viewer 2003 (free download).
