The material is reproduced here (as edited and without framing) for purposes of the preamble of § 107. Look at the Page Source. For example, use the View, Page Source browser button or right click. The pertinent code is that associated with the message at lower right -- "I disagree and want to DEPART." If you mouseOver the cursor on the disagree/depart message, and look at the status bar below the screen, you will get a premonition to say, "Toto, somehow this doesn't look like we're going to get back to Kansas this way." You won't.
